Product Description

 

The MDW500 series of electromagnetic flowmeters can be used to measure the volumetric flow of conductive fluid in a closed conduit. It is widely used in the measurement and control of flow in industrial and agricultural production processes such as petrochemical, steel metallurgy, water supply and drainage, water conservancy irrigation, water treatment, environmental sewage measurement and control, paper making, medicine, food, etc. The electromagnetic flowmeter consists of two parts: an electromagnetic flow converter and an electromagnetic flow sensor. The separate type also requires a dedicated double-shielded cable to connect the converter and the sensor. MDW500 series electromagnetic flowmeters are divided into two types: integrated and separated. Can be used in the specified explosion-proof places.

The sensor is available in 7 different material electrodes and 4 different material linings.

Electrode form and material
The electrode form can be divided into standard type, scraper type, detachable type, and grounded electrode.
Electrode and grounding electrode materials include molybdenum-containing stainless steel, Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, titanium, niobium, platinum-alloy, and stainless steel coated tungsten carbide.
Flange material: carbon steel
Grounding ring material: stainless steel
Door protection ring material: stainless steel, carbon steel.
