1.Nema23 stepper motor 2NM

2.Leadshine dma542-05 driver

_03.jpg_04.jpg_05.jpg_06.jpg

The stepper motor is an open-loop controller that converts electric pulse signals into angular or linear displacement. When not overloaded, the speed and stop position of the motor only depend on the frequency and number of pulse signals. When the driver receives a pulse signal, it drives the stepper motor to rotate a fixed angle data in the set direction, called "Step angle", its rotation runs step by step at a fixed angle. You can control the angular displacement by controlling the pulse numbers to achieve accurate positioning; at the same time, you can control the speed and acceleration of the motor rotation by controlling the pulse frequency, so to achieve the purpose of speed regulation.

1.When the drive is in use, the sound is low and the vibration is small
2.High performance, comprehensively improve engraving accuracy
3.The driver generates less heat when in use and has a longer service life
_17.jpg
1.The wiring of the motor is subject to the description of the motor data
2.DM542 driver can only drive two-phase hybrid stepper motors, but cannot drive three-phase and five-phase stepper motors
3.How to judge whether the stepping motor is connected in series or in parallel is correct: directly rotate the shaft of the motor by hand without connecting to the drive. If it can rotate easily and evenly, it means the wiring is correct. If the resistance is large and uneven Accompanied by a certain sound, it indicates that the wiring is wrong.
