This type pump composes of pump body, cover, gear and shaft-end seal parts and so on, using transmission of bridge type exterior pulley and direct connection of motors with low speed and noise, high suction characters. On the other hand, sealing is using 2 types mechanical sealing structures due to the conveying liquids. All kinds of viscous liquids, under the situation of the temperature below 230°C and the viscosity is about 2000mm2/s, can using the pump, for example: paint, rosin, paraffin wax, soap, sludge, asphalt, high viscosity oil, etc.
The series can all adopt stainless anti-acid anti-corrosion material to make, suitable for food industry, pharmacy and daily chemical industry, to convey the butter, syrup, sauce products, grease, toothpaste, pharmaceutical raw materials and all kinds of liquid paste products, etc.
This product is not applicable to flammable, volatile medium transmission.(except the changing pump).
