The source filter series electric internal scraper self-cleaning filter is a new scraper self-cleaning filter, which can automatically remove the particle impurities on the inner surface of the filter screen by mechanical scraping, and can continuously filter online. Electric internal scraper self-cleaning filter is mainly designed for high-viscosity filtration, suitable for filtration of high-viscosity liquid, with precision range of 30-1500μm, which can quickly scrape impurities off the surface of filter screen, thus effectively removing more impurities, suitable for filtration of water and various viscous liquids.
The automatic wiper self-cleaning filter is composed of motor reducer, filter case, filter screen, wiper combined cleaning system, PLC controller and electric blowdown valve.
