This type of the pump has easy structure, to use and maintain conveniently, and is specially to design for heating and heat preservation, belonging to the mesh gear pump. The pump inside adopts a combination of positive displacement rotor and idle wheel, so the pump has the advantages of large throughput, stable flow, low noise, small amount of internal leakage and sealing performance is good, the performance indicators of this type pump are significantly higher than the domestic similar products technology.
The combination of positive displacement rotor and idle wheel has better buffer function, can be low shear, and no pulse liquid conveying.
The crown shape of inner gear, the cavity of it has "volume" who is composed of pump body crescent wall and gear teeth of liquid sealing faces, brings the press liquid under the continuous rotation to convey.
The pump has the "forced locking" function, to locate the rotor and axis, decrease the abrasion and increase the using life. With the safe valve, it can protect the system from the over press damage. When the pump works, the valve should be installed in reverse direction, the nut of the safe valve should face the oil suction.
To connect the entrance and the exit of the pump, it can rotate 8 angles on the pump body support.
