JACKETED BALL VALVE

Jacketed ball valves are mainly used in the industries of petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, electric power and etc., to transport high-viscosity mediums which may solidify at normal temperature. The jacketed ball valve is designed to maintain the temperature of the media by circulating a heating medium through the jacket. On the side and at the bottom of the valve there are standard connection ports for jacket. Protected with a jacket, the valve body is able to maintain the temperature of the media. Steam or other heat insulating mediums may freely pass through the jacket, to prevent the medium from solidifying through the valve.
