The NYP series internal gear pump is a kind of new positive displacement pump, and is designed according to the different fields' requirements of petroleum, chemical industry, paint, medicine, foodstuff, etc. It widely applies to a variety of mediums with different property and viscosity because of the special structure and selected different pumps' materials.
Application: It applies to delivering non-corrosive lubricating liquid without solid particles and fibers at temperature below 200°C and with the viscosity of 5-1500cSt.
Construction: The internal gear pump is mainly composed of inner rotor, outside rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, seal, bearing, etc. The pump body and front cover are made of cast iron, and the inner rotor and outside rotor are made of steel. The shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel, and the seal is made of mechanical seal or packing seal.
Advantages: This pump has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency, etc.
