Brief Introduction

WCB gear oil pump (common type and stainless type): WCB type oil pump belongs to micro portable saving energy conveying oil pump, especially suitable for unpowered power oil conveying. The structure uses the isolation of coupling and medium, the coupling can lubricate alone, and gear is made of alloy steel which adopts the special heat process technology, the hardness of surface can be reach to over HRC60, also has the strong anti-abrasion and increases the using life. Comparing with the other common types, it in conveying no lubrication or less lubrication or little fine particle liquids, has strong application, and is the typical soap liquid pump.

Application

Apply to oil refinery, power plant, power station, substation (room) and oil depot conveying. Thin oil of thin oil lubrication system transshipping mediums such as: delivery without lubrication oils, beverages, low corrosive water, etc.

Structure features

The main parts have gear, shaft, pump body, shaft and sealing. Gear after heat treatment with high hardness and strength, installed in the replaceable shaft sleeve with shaft. Lubrication of all parts in the pump is working automatically to achieve by using the output medium. Pump has reasonable design of draining and back into the groove, which make gear in the work bearing the minimum torque force, so the bearing load and abrasion is small, but pump efficiency is high.

Pump is equipped with safety valve as overload protection, the total reflux pressure is 1.5 times to the rated pump out pressure, also can adjust discharge pressure range according to actual needs. But please note that this cannot be a long-term work pressure reducing valve, relief valve can be installed on the pipes separately when necessary. Seeing the pump from the main shaft, it is clockwise direction.
