The parts of the pump adopt high quality, high temperature resistant, wear resistant materials. Gear shaft, thrust plate have high hardness and wear resistant properties. Applicable to the impurities and the worse performance lubricating medium, such as coal tar, slag oil, soap, heavy oil, paint industry, grain and oil, chemical industry, building materials, daily chemical and other industries as well, the temperature of the pump conveying liquid can be 260℃.
ZYB - B type adjustable high pressure fuel gear pump is the improvement type on the basis of the original type ZYB slag pump. Main parts select more high-quality wear-resistant material, enhance the heat treatment, it has high strength and hardness characters. While, the structure use a number of new principles to improve the performance, such as high pressure, high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, stable pressure, adjustable flow, leakage and other unique properties.
This pump is equipped with the gear side clearance adjustable structure, which can adjust the working pressure goes down after working some time, we can through the external cover on the pump to tighten up the fine-tuning adjustment, so that the working pressure of pump was restored, and extend the service life of the pump. The domestic service life is 5 ~ 10 times longer service life of the gear pump. In China, it is the initiated creation with impurity burning oil under high pressure spray combustion situation, and reaches the international advanced level of similar products.

ZYB series gear pump is suitable for conveying the medium temperature no higher than 200 ℃, the viscosity lower than 150 mm2/s, no impurities, non-corrosive, lubricating oil, crude oil, oil residue and all kinds of low-grade inferior burning oil etc. Especially suitable for conveying the high viscosity (heavy oil), grain and oil, building materials, daily chemical, construction, electricity, and asphalt mixing station, etc.
The pump is not suitable for conveying strong corrosion, metal particles, fibers and over 2mm diameter sand and gravel particles impurities, highly volatile, low flash point of medium such as gasoline, benzene, etc. as well.
